Brief Summary
The study will include national wrestlers studying at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University School of Physical Education and Sports who meet the inclusion criteria and agree to participate. Individuals who agree to participate will be evaluated on their grip strength, hand reaction times, balance, core muscle endurance, vertical jumps, dynamic (Y-balance test), and static balance.

Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
Mean vertical jump height
Vertical jump performance will be assessed under standardized testing conditions. Each participant will perform three maximal vertical jump trials. Jump height will be recorded in centimeters, and the mean of the three trials will be used as the primary outcome measure. Higher values indicate better vertical jump performance.
During the single assessment session
Study Arms (1)
male national-team wrestlers
Interventions
Participants underwent a standardized, one-time neuromuscular performance assessment including handgrip strength, upper-extremity reaction time, vertical jump height, core muscle endurance, single-leg static balance, and Y-Balance Test performance. No therapeutic, exercise-training, or other researcher-assigned intervention was administered.
Eligibility Criteria
The study population consists of active male national-team wrestlers enrolled at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University. Participants are currently engaged in regular wrestling training and national-team competition. Eligible wrestlers are selected from this defined population according to the prespecified inclusion and exclusion criteria.
You may qualify if:
- Being between 18-25 years old
- Being a national wrestler
- Not having experienced back pain, lower back pain, or lower extremity pain in the last 6 months
- Volunteering to participate in the study
You may not qualify if:
- Not being a national wrestler
- Failure to complete the tests
