Study Arms (2)
Variable resistance training
EXPERIMENTALGroup A received VRT (Variable resistance training) duration was 8 weeks and involved 3 days/week, 20 min/day. The ROM and muscle strength were assessed at baseline and at the end of weeks 8th week.
Clubbell exercises
EXPERIMENTALGroup B received clubbell exercises duration was 8 weeks and involved 3 days/week, 20 min/day. The ROM and muscle strength were assessed at baseline and at the end of weeks 8th week.
