This study aims to evaluate the effect of the Minds in Motion Maze program on balance and gait in children with cognitive impairment. Observational Gait Scale
The Observational Gait Scale (OGS) is a clinical assessment tool used to visually evaluate gait patterns in children. Scores are summed to provide an overall gait score, with lower scores indicating greater gait deviation. Baseline (prior to intervention) and Week 6 (immediately following completion of the 6-week intervention period).

Pediatric Balance scale
The Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) is a standardized clinical measure of balance consisting of 14 functional tasks. Each task is scored on a scale from 0 to 4, with higher scores indicating better balance performance. Baseline (prior to intervention) and Week 6 (immediately following completion of the 6-week intervention period).

EXPERIMENTALThe participants in this group will receive the Mind in-Motion maze activity along with baseline activities. The intervention consisted of the 15 stations of 'The Maze' based on the program called Minds-In-Motion performed for one minute before rotating to next station. 1. Strong Arm Push 2. Eye Can Convergence 3. Eye to Eye 4. The Beam Team 5. Jelly Roll 6. Puppy Dog Crawl 7. Monster Mash 8. Climb Every Mountain 9. Balance Board Bash 10. The Electric Slide 11. Skip to My Lou 12. Cross Walk 13. Bean Bag Boogie 14. Jumping Jack Flash 15. Step Back

ACTIVE COMPARATORThe control group will perform the baseline activities. The intervention consists of Walking Forward on a Line, Standing on One Leg on a Line-Eyes Open, Standing with Feet Apart on a Line- Eyes Closed, Touching Nose with Index Fingers Eyes Closed, Catching a Tossed Ball- Both Hands, Dropping and Catching a Ball-Both Hands, Knee Push-ups, and Stepping Sideways over a Balance Beam
Interventions
The participants in this group will receive the Mind in-Motion maze activity along with baseline activities. Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- School going children of age 6-12 years,
- Clinically diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment,
- Children without severe medical conditions or orthopedic issues,
- Ability to follow simple instructions,
- Signed informed consent from parent and guardians.
You may not qualify if:
- Children with severe physical impairment,
- Children with vestibular dysfunction and hearing problem,
- Use of orthopedic devices that restrict movement.
