Primary Outcomes (1)
Pressure pain thresholds
Pressure Pain thresholds will be measured over the right and left m. trapezius and over the right and left m. tibialis anterior.
30 minutes
Study Arms (3)
Boredom
EXPERIMENTALThe participant will watch a short video with boring content.
Distraction control
EXPERIMENTALThe participant will watch a short video with positively valenced content.
Control
NO INTERVENTIONThe participant will wait for 2.30 minutes without any instructions of what to think about.
Interventions
Participants will receive different emotional interventions such as boredom, positive valence, mind-wandering.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- No pain at the test session
- Swedish fluency.
You may not qualify if:
- Pain anywhere in the body during the test session
- known neurological disease.
