Chronic non-specific neck pain can negatively affect individuals' upper extremity functions and activities of daily living by causing physical impairments such as pain, reduced muscle strength and endurance, restricted movement, and coordination deficits. The aim of this study is to compare the upper extremity functional exercise capacity, upper extremity functionality, peripheral muscle strength, and quality of life of individuals with chronic non-specific neck pain with those of healthy individuals.

Upper extremity functional exercise capasity
Upper extremity exercise capacity will be evaluated with the six-minute pegboard and ring test (6-PBRT). In the test, as the number of rings increases, exercise capacity also increases.
Baseline
Pain severity
Pain intensity will be assessed with the Visual Analog Scale. It is scored between 0-10 and the higher the score, the greater the pain intensity.
Baseline
Pain threshold
Pain threshold will be assessed with an algometer. An increase in the applied pressure indicates a higher pain threshold.
Baseline
Functional levels
Functional status related to the upper extremity will be assessed using the QuickDASH. QuickDASH scores range from 0 to 100, where 0 indicates no disability and 100 indicates the most severe disability.
Baseline
Muscle strength
Shoulder abductors and hand grip strength will be assessed using a hand dynamometer.
Baseline
Life quality
The SF-36 will be used to measure changes in quality of life levels associated with chronic neck pain. Scores on the scale range from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 100; higher scores indicate a better quality of life.
Baseline
Individuals with chronic non-specific neck pain will be included in the study.
Healthy and voluntary participants will be included in the study.
