Brief Summary
The aim of this research is to evaluate the effects of different exercise models on body fat percentage and bone mineral density in sedentary women. Twenty-four volunteer sedentary female participants were divided into four groups using stratified randomization: core exercise group, core-walking group, walking group, and step group. Training protocols lasted for 3 days a week over an 8-week period. Fat and bone mineral density measurements were performed in the department of radiology at Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
Changes in Regional and Total Body Fat Percentages
Evaluation of the effects of different exercise models on specific body fat distribution parameters, including regional (arms, legs, body, android, gynoid) and total body fat percentages, measured via radiological body composition analysis.
Baseline and post-intervention (at 8 weeks)
Secondary Outcomes (1)
Changes in Regional and Total Bone Mineral Density
Baseline and post-intervention (at 8 weeks)

Interventions
Training protocols lasted for 3 days a week over an 8-week period. Each session was conducted for 60 minutes including a 10-15 minute warm-up period.
