Subjects received usual care, if they have any health problems they will be meet the doctors

Subjects received health intervention for improve sarcopenic obesity including diet and exercise

Age60 Years+
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • \- Diagnosis with sarcopenic obesity
  • obesity followed by WHO criteria for asian (BMI \>25 kg/m2)
  • sarcopenia followed by Asian Working Group of Sarcopenia (AWGS)

You may not qualify if:

  • Heart disease
  • renal disease
  • cancer with active treatment
  • other disease that may effect muscle mass
