ACTIVE COMPARATORSubjects received usual care, if they have any health problems they will be meet the doctors
Interventions
Subjects received health intervention for improve sarcopenic obesity including diet and exercise
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- \- Diagnosis with sarcopenic obesity
- obesity followed by WHO criteria for asian (BMI \>25 kg/m2)
- sarcopenia followed by Asian Working Group of Sarcopenia (AWGS)
You may not qualify if:
- Heart disease
- renal disease
- cancer with active treatment
- other disease that may effect muscle mass
