Age GroupsChild (0-17), Adult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

Study Population

Home care patients who have called home health services in the last 6 months.

You may qualify if:

  • Being registered for home health services Having made a call to home health services in the last 6 months

You may not qualify if:

  • Patients that have passed away
