Eligibility Criteria

Age21 Years - 60 Years
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsAdult (18-64)

You may qualify if:

  • aged between 21 and 60
  • being a health care worker based in Singapore
  • proficient in English
  • owns a smartphone (iOS or Android) with Wi-Fi or data access.

You may not qualify if:

  • Regular mindfulness practice, defined by practicing a minimum of two to three times a week for 10 to 15 minutes each time within the past six months.
