Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test will be used
The outcome will be assessed at baseline and immediately after the intervention.

EXPERIMENTALParticipants will watch their own actions during an upper extremity functionality test.
Action Observation (AO Group)
EXPERIMENTALParticipants will watch another person's actions during an upper extremity functionality test.

Participants will watch an upper extremity functionality test.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- \>18 years old
- willingness
You may not qualify if:
- any kind of neurological or musculoskeletal problems
- sight problems
- pain in the upper limb
