Brief Summary
This is an ancillary study of National Clinical Trial (NCT) #06229262 (which was a clinical trial that examined the effect of a 12-week mango intervention in college/university students). The objective of this study is to characterize typical fruit and vegetable intake among healthcare profession students using existing dietary data the previously completed NCT#06229262 study, and to describe the associated behavioral context, including perceived barriers, facilitators, and fruit and vegetable-related self-efficacy, using survey data collected as part of this ancillary analysis.
