A focus groups study facilitating an open discussion regarding the experience of being assessed for an online Pain Management Programme (OPMP) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The aim is to gain an understanding of patient decision making processes in relation to whether to attend an OPMP. and determining patient experiences of attending a OPMP during this time period.

Primary Outcomes (1)
Determining patient decision making processes in relation to online PMP clinics
Data will be collected via recordings of focus group discussions which will then be anonymously transcribed.
Between 1-10 years following completion of WCFT pain management programme, dependant on randomly selected patient.
Eligibility Criteria
Patients from the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust who have attended an OPMP during the Covid-19 pandemic
You may qualify if:
- Have attended a PMP assessment clinic and have been found clinically suitable for an online PMP at the Walton Centre
- Consented to be contacted by the Walton Centre regarding potential involvement in research during the assessment process
- Aged 18+
- Able to provide written informed consent in English
You may not qualify if:
- Individuals who are unable to understand the study protocol or are unable to provide informed consent independently
