SC: Enhanced Stand of Care Group
EXPERIMENTALIn the experimental \& control interventions: participants will receive up to 3 sessions per week, for a total of up to 10 weeks or 20 sessions, whichever comes first
YT: Yoga Group

Interventions
Yoga Therapy (YT) is an evidence-based mind-body practice recommended for cancer to relieve nausea, fatigue, pain, sleep disruption, psychosocial distress, musculoskeletal symptoms, and cognitive dysfunction, all common symptoms experienced during HSCT.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Male and female cancer patients
- Age 18 or older
- Understand and read English
- Scheduled to undergo their first autologous or allogeneic HSCT (even number of each) at MDA with a minimum of 2-week inpatient hospital stay
- Be willing to follow protocol requirements
- Sign a written informed consent
You may not qualify if:
- Have extreme mobility issues that preclude participating in the Yoga program
- Have major thought disorders such as schizophrenia or uncontrolled bipolar disorder
- Have hematopoietic cell transplantation HCT comorbidity score of 3 or higher (excluding cancer)
