Nursing documentation quality
The quality of nursing records was assessed using an in-hospital record review tool. Record quality scores were compared between the intervention group and the control group.

Study Arms (2)
LINE Bot Intervention Group
EXPERIMENTALParticipants receive the standard orientation program plus access to the LINE Bot-based educational intervention, including weekly educational messages, instructional videos, learning resources, and interactive support for nursing documentation.
Routine Education Control Group
NO INTERVENTIONParticipants receive the hospital's standard orientation and routine clinical preceptorship without access to the LINE Bot educational intervention during the study period.
Interventions
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Newly recruited nurses with more than one month of clinical work experience
- Newly recruited nurses in wards or intensive care units (requiring them to write nursing records)
- Possessing a smartphone and able to join the official LINE account
You may not qualify if:
- Units without written nursing records: outpatient nurses, functional group nurses
- Special units with different nursing record systems: operating room nurses, emergency nurses
- Huang Xinci collaborates with the host to supervise the nurses in the unit
- Unable to use LINE App
