Hydration Knowledge Scale
16-item measure assesses respondents' understanding of hydration principles. Each statement is rated on a -2 (Definitely inaccurate) to +2 scale (Definitely accurate)

Fluid Behavior Index
4-item behavioral measure that asks about actual hydration practices scored 0-7. 0 indicates poor hydration habits and 7 indicates positive hydration habits.

Hydration Facilitators and Barriers
An 18-item measure assesses both facilitators and barriers to hydration on a 5 factor scale. Response range from 1- not at all like me to 5- very much like me.

Self reported nutrition habits & knowledge.
Rapid Eating Assessment for Participants - Shortened Version. a series of yes/no or frequency-based questions with options: Usually/Often, Sometimes, Rarely/Never, Does not apply to me. Higher scores indicate better alignment with dietary guidelines.

PepsiCo frontline workers in manufacturing facilities
Eligibility Criteria
PepsiCo frontline workers in manufacturing facilities ages 18-65 y, male or female.
You may qualify if:
- Self-identify as a healthy male or female
- years of age
- is currently employed by PepsiCo in a PBNA or PFNA manufacturing facility
- can read and comprehend English
- has worked for PepsiCo for 2 months or longer
- Willing to agree with what is outlined in the informed consent form.
You may not qualify if:
- is not a PepsiCo worker for 2 months or longer
- participated in a PepsiCo clinical trial in the past 30 days
- Not able to read and comprehend English
- over 65 years of age
