Reactive Functional Motor Challenge Training,
EXPERIMENTALConventional physical therapy
ACTIVE COMPARATORInterventions
The experimental group will receive Reactive Functional Motor Challenge Training using . Foam balance pads * Therapy steps * Cones * Obstacles * Elastic resistance bands * Therapy balls * Floor markers * Colored targets * Balance discs * Mats * Rollator * Wege * Balance beam
while the control group will receive conventional physical therapy. Outcome measures will be assessed before and after the intervention
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.
- Grade 1and 1+ according to the Modified Ashworth scale.
- They can walk alone, with limitation, GMFCS Levels I-II.
- Able to follow simple verbal instructions.
You may not qualify if:
- Orthopedic surgery during the previous 12 months.
- Botulinum toxin injection within the previous 6 months.
- Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation.
- Uncontrolled epilepsy.
- Fixed musculoskeletal deformities limiting functional activities.
- Children who suffer from other diseases or associated disorders that interfere with physical activity.
