The experimental group will receive Reactive Functional Motor Challenge Training using . Foam balance pads * Therapy steps * Cones * Obstacles * Elastic resistance bands * Therapy balls * Floor markers * Colored targets * Balance discs * Mats * Rollator * Wege * Balance beam

Reactive Functional Motor Challenge Training,

while the control group will receive conventional physical therapy. Outcome measures will be assessed before and after the intervention

Eligibility Criteria

Age8 Years - 12 Years
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersNo
Age GroupsChild (0-17)

You may qualify if:

  • Diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.
  • Grade 1and 1+ according to the Modified Ashworth scale.
  • They can walk alone, with limitation, GMFCS Levels I-II.
  • Able to follow simple verbal instructions.

You may not qualify if:

  • Orthopedic surgery during the previous 12 months.
  • Botulinum toxin injection within the previous 6 months.
  • Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation.
  • Uncontrolled epilepsy.
  • Fixed musculoskeletal deformities limiting functional activities.
  • Children who suffer from other diseases or associated disorders that interfere with physical activity.
