Primary Outcomes (2)
Spatio-temporal parameters of gait
Step and stride length in centimeters and cadence (number of steps in one minute)
after 3 successive months
Kinematic gait analysis
Measure the hip and knee flexion as well as ankle planter flexion angles
after 3 successive months
Study Arms (2)
Nw-group
EXPERIMENTALthis group will recieve Nordic walking training
TM-group
EXPERIMENTALthis group will recieve treadmill walking training
Interventions
both groups will recive 60 minuts physical therapy training
the NW-group will recive gait training for 15 minutes using walking poles
the TM-group will recive gait training for 15 minutes using treadmill device
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Their age will range from 6-10 years, from both sexes.
- Level I, II and III of gross motor functional classification system
- Grade 1 and 1+ spasticity according to the Modified Ashworth Scale
You may not qualify if:
- Uncontrolled epilepsy.
- Mental retardation or autistic features.
- Significant visual or auditory problems according to medical reports (audio-vestibular and ophthalmic examination),
