Personality type will be assessed using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which categorises participants into 16 personality types based on four dichotomies: Extraversion-Introversion, Sensing-Intuition, Thinking-Feeling, and Judging-Perceiving

Eligibility Criteria
Nurses working in the selected tertiary care hospital
You may qualify if:
- Registered Nurses (RNRM) working in the various departments (Ward, ICU and ER).
- Having more than one year of experience.
- Willing to participate in the study.
- Involvement in leadership or supervisory roles.
You may not qualify if:
- Nurses on Vacation, medical leave or maternity leave
