RBC omega-3 index value
90 days
Study Arms (1)
Fish oil supplementation arm
EXPERIMENTALParticipants will receive Fish Oil
Interventions
Enrolled participants will be instructed to start taking 2 capsules per day on the day they take their baseline O3I and once O3I results are available to adjust to a personalized dose of Fish Oil, based on their baseline Omega-3 Index, and instructed to continue their current omega-3 dietary intake. Recommendations will be: * O3I \> 6.8% but ≤ 8% - 1 capsule * O3I \> 5.5% but ≤ 6.8% - 2 capsules * O3I \> 4.4% but ≤ 5.5% - 3 capsules * O3I ≤ 4.4% - 4 capsules
