  • years of resistance training experience

You may not qualify if:

  • + American College of Sports Medicine sign(s) or symptom(s) of cardiovascular, metabolic or renal disease(s)
  • musculoskeletal disorder(s)
  • lactose intolerance; soy or dairy allergies
