Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • BMI \> 27 kg/m2 (adults)

You may not qualify if:

  • pregnancy, breastfeeding
  • patients with:
  • heart failure
  • impaired hepatic or renal function
  • anaemia
  • disturbed coagulation
  • infection, malabsorption
  • severe hypertension
  • any other endocrine disorder
