This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an electromagnetic trainer in improving lower limb motor function, gait, and balance in patients after cerebral stroke. The study will include 80 adult patients with a first-ever cerebral stroke who are undergoing medical rehabilitation. Participants will be randomly allocated to two parallel groups. The control group will receive standard medical rehabilitation, while the intervention group will receive standard rehabilitation combined with motor training using an electromagnetic trainer. Clinical and functional assessments will include neurological status, functional independence, gait and balance, lower limb motor function, muscle tone, range of motion, and psycho-emotional status. The study is expected to determine whether the addition of electromagnetic motor training provides greater improvement in functional outcomes compared with standard rehabilitation alone.
Registry-reported information. Elapsed time and enrollment totals alone do not measure study progress or recruitment pace.

Berg Balance Scale (BBS)
Change in Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score from baseline to the end of rehabilitation. The BBS ranges from 0 to 56 points, with higher scores indicating better balance.
From baseline to the end of the rehabilitation course (approximately 10 days).
Change in Tinetti Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment (POMA) score from baseline to the end of rehabilitation
Baseline to end of rehabilitation (approximately 10 days)
Change in Timed Up and Go (TUG) test time from baseline to the end of rehabilitation
Baseline to end of rehabilitation (approximately 10 days)
Fugl-Meyer Assessment - Lower Extremity, Section E (0-28 points)
Baseline to end of rehabilitation (approximately 10 days)
Change in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score from baseline to the end of rehabilitation
Baseline to end of rehabilitation (approximately 10 days)
Change in Modified Ashworth Scale score from baseline to the end of rehabilitation
At rehabilitation admission (baseline) and at discharge from rehabilitation (approximately 10 days after baseline).
Change in lower limb joint range of motion from baseline to the end of rehabilitation
Baseline to end of rehabilitation (approximately 10 days)
Participants will receive standard medical rehabilitation after stroke.
Participants will receive standard medical rehabilitation combined with motor training using an electromagnetic trainer.
Motor training using an electromagnetic trainer to improve lower limb motor function, gait, and balance after cerebral stroke. The intervention is provided in addition to standard medical rehabilitation.
\- Standard medical rehabilitation provided to participants after cerebral stroke according to the clinical rehabilitation program.
