Primary Outcomes (1)
Mean overall scores of Making Cents of Medical Costs (MCMC)
Assess participant-reported acceptability, appropriateness, accessibility, and feasibility of the Making Cents of Medical Costs (MCMC) intervention in a sample of 30 survivors of Adolescents and Young Adults (AYA) cancer. Acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility will be defined as mean overall scores ≥3 (agree) within each domain for at least 70% of respondents.

Interventions
Making Cents of Medical Costs (MCMC) is a three-session digital intervention to enhance cost-related health literacy, health insurance literacy, and financial capability.
Eligibility Criteria
Young adult cancer survivors at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
You may qualify if:
- English-speaking cancer survivors who are 18-39 years old
- Diagnosed with cancer after age 14
- Has access to an Internet-enabled device
- All disease sites and diagnosis are allowed; survivors must have completed active treatment
You may not qualify if:
- Received systemic therapy within the last 1 year
