Patients will receieve Reverse fly excercise
EXPERIMENTALThis group will include 20 patients who will receive after 3:6 weeks from starting aromatase inhibitor the reverse fly exercise , in additions Traditional treatment for tendonitis post mastectomy and their medical treatment. (physiotherapeutic treatments 3 times a week for 8 weeks , including , (pendulum ex , soft tissue release , stretching ex., strengthening ex. and ROM ex.) and their medical treatment.
Control group
OTHERThis group includes 20 patients who will receive the traditional physical therapy program (pendulum ex , soft tissue release, stretching ex., strengthening ex. and ROM ex.) and their medical treatment ,3 times a week for 8 weeks. 1.2 Criteria for the patient selection:
Interventions
The procedure Stand with feet shoulder width apart while holding a dumbbell in each hand Flex the hips and knees slightly leaning the trunk forward while maintaining a neutral spine Allow the arms to hang perpendicular to the floor with elbows slightly flexed Horizontally abduct the shoulders by lifting the arms laterally until they are level with the shoulders Retract the scapulae at the top of the movement without elevating the shoulders Lower the arms slowly and with control back to the starting position Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
