Brief Summary
The goal of this study is to understand how a group intervention for parents of autistic young people with co-occurring anorexia nervosa informs how parents support their child's recovery. The main questions it aims to answer are:
- 1.How do parents interpret and understand the concepts learnt in the group intervention? How do parents apply this to day to day family life?
- 2.How do parents understand how autism impacts their child's recovery from anorexia nervosa?
- 3.How do parents make sense of their role in supporting their child's recovery?
