NCT07757646

Brief Summary

The goal of this study is to understand how a group intervention for parents of autistic young people with co-occurring anorexia nervosa informs how parents support their child's recovery. The main questions it aims to answer are:

  1. 1.How do parents interpret and understand the concepts learnt in the group intervention? How do parents apply this to day to day family life?
  2. 2.How do parents understand how autism impacts their child's recovery from anorexia nervosa?
  3. 3.How do parents make sense of their role in supporting their child's recovery?
