Primary Outcomes (1)

  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) - for Stability

    The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a standardized screening tool developed to assess fundamental movement patterns, mobility, motor control, and core stability. It comprises seven movement tasks: deep squat, hurdle step, in-line lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight-leg raise, trunk stability push-up, and rotary stability

  • Illinois Agility Test (IAT) - for Agility

  • Y-Balance Test (YBT) - for Dynamic Balance

    8 weeks

Study Arms (2)

Group A

EXPERIMENTAL

15 participants will be in control group This group perform conventional strength and conditioning exercises focusing on isolated muscle groups, cardiovascular endurance, and static stretching. Sessions will follow a similar frequency and duration.

EXPERIMENTAL

15 participants will perform undergo Functional Movement Training, focusing on exercises targeting mobility, motor control, movement pattern correction, and dynamic stabilization. Training sessions will occur thrice a week for eight weeks under professional supervision

Eligibility Criteria

Age18 Years - 30 Years

Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsAdult (18-64)

You may qualify if:

  • Male or female paddle tennis athletes aged 18 to 30 years
  • Minimum of one year of continuous participation
  • acute musculoskeletal injuries at the time of enrollment
  • Able and willing to provide written informed consent and commit to full participation in the intervention protocol.

You may not qualify if:

  • cardiovascular condition
  • Neurological
  • Recent (within the past three months) participation in structured prehabilitation
  • Current use of performance-enhancing drugs or medications
  • Cognitive, psychological
