Three hours earlier or later than usual exercise
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Healthy
- years old
- Lower body exercise three or more times per week, all at the same time of day (within 2 hour window)
- Regular meal times (±1 hour window)
- Regular sleep times (±1 hour window)
You may not qualify if:
- Active or uncontrolled mental or physical health issues
- Current musculoskeletal injury
