Brief Summary
Chronic low back pain is a widespread musculoskeletal condition that limits mobility and affects quality of life. It is often caused due to the poor posture, hyperlordosis and weak core muscles. This randomized clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of egoscue based postural correction combined with core stabilization exercises compared to core stabilization exercises alone in managing chronic low back pain. The primary outcomes measures includes numeric pain rating scale (NPRS), disability (Oswestry Disability Index), while secondary outcomes includes range of motion (Inclinometer), and posture (flexicurve Ruler).

Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
Pain Intensity
Pain intensity will be assessed using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), an 11-point self-reported pain scale ranging from 0 to 10, where 0 = no pain and 10 = worst pain imaginable. Higher scores indicate greater pain intensity (worse outcome)
Baseline, 4th week and at 8 weeks of intervention
Secondary Outcomes (3)
Functional Disability
Baseline, 4th week and at 8 weeks of intervention
Lumbar Range of Motion (ROM)
Baseline, 4th week and at 8 weeks of intervention
Postural Alignment
Baseline, 4 weeks and at 8th week of intervention
Study Arms (2)
Egoscue Exercises Combined with Core Stabilization Exercises
EXPERIMENTALThese patients will receive Egoscue-based postural correction exercises combined with core stabilization exercises alongside physiotherapy care for the management of chronic low back pain.
Core Stabilization Exercises
ACTIVE COMPARATORThese patients will receive core stabilization exercises alongside physiotherapy care for the management of chronic low back pain with hyperlumbar lordosis.
Interventions
* Physiotherapy care: 10 minutes of hot pack therapy combined with TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) for pain relief, reduction of muscle spasm, and muscle relaxation before exercise intervention. * Core stabilization exercises:15 minutes core stabilization exercises including Crook Lying Position(20sec),Crook Lying with One Leg Extended,Quadruped with Neutral Head(3X5reps),Plank Position(10sec),prone lying arm at side(15sec),Sitting Erect on Chair, trunk muscle activation, and postural control. * Treatment schedule: Total treatment session will consist of 45 minutes including 10 minutes of hot pack with TENS and 35 minutes of core stabilization exercises. Treatment will be provided 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks.
