Brief Summary

The goal of this study is to examine the facilitators and barriers to the comprehensive implementation of AI technology in nursing documentation. The main questions it aims to answer are: What are facilitators to the comprehensive implementation of AI technology in nursing documentation? What are barriers to the comprehensive implementation of AI technology in nursing documentation? What strategies can help to fully utilize artificial intelligence technology in nursing documentation?

  • The pragmatic context assessment tool

    The Pragmatic Context Assessment Tool that assesses constructs most commonly associated with outcomes.This tool was to create a way to assess a selected number of CFIR constructs. This tool is designed to help teams identify barriers and facilitators at various points throughout the implementation process.

Interventions

The AI information system is the Clinical Care Information Systems Platform accessible via mobile devices.

Study Population

All wards at the study hospital will be invited to participate in the study hospital. Registered nurses holding valid licenses with documented work history will be included in this study. Participants must possess Chinese language proficiency to participate.

You may qualify if:

  • Nurses assigned to ward

You may not qualify if:

  • Nurses without record-keeping task
  • Those assigned to intensive care units, emergency room, or operating rooms
