Blood pressure
A sphygmomanometer is an instrument used to measure blood pressure. Normally value ranged from 100-140 on systole and 60-90 on diastole An inflatable cuff that wraps around the upper arm. A measuring unit, which can be a mercury manometer or an aneroid gauge, that records the pressure.

Interventions
traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to promote healing and balance.
Deep breathing exercises can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- pregnant women in the third trimester
- suffering from hypertension
- age ranged between 25-35
You may not qualify if:
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Rhumatoid arthritis
- Any respiratory disease like athma
- osteoporosis
- Any kind of infection
