group number 1
EXPERIMENTALtwenty glaucoma patients (high tension priamry open angle form) with OSA, intraocular pressure more than 21 mmHg, and obesity will be involved in group I will apply CPAP during night sleeping daily for three month. group I will apply lifestyle corrections (low calories diet intake and 3-session per-week 40-minute treadmill walking for three month.

ACTIVE COMPARATORtwenty glaucoma patients (high tension priamry open angle form) with OSA, intraocular pressure more than 21 mmHg, and obesity will be involved in group II will apply CPAP during night sleeping daily for three month.
Interventions
twenty glaucoma patients (high tension priamry open angle form) with OSA, intraocular pressure more than 21 mmHg, and obesity will be involved in group I will apply CPAP during night sleeping daily for three month. group I will apply lifestyle corrections (low calories diet intake and 3-session per-week 40-minute treadmill walking for three month.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Obstructive sleep apnea patients
- obese patients
- glaucoma (open angle form with ocular hyoertension)
You may not qualify if:
- cardiac patients renal patients hepatic patients
