You may qualify if:

  • Individuals 18+ of any gender
  • Have experienced eye health issues, and express awareness of or adherence to cultural beliefs related to health.

You may not qualify if:

  • Individuals with significant cognitive impairments or language barriers
  • Other Ocular disorders
