This research will be carried out as a pretest-posttest randomized controlled study to determine the effect of stretching exercises performed 2 days a week for 12 weeks for one hour each session on physiological parameters and treatment compliance in individuals with diabetes.

Interventions
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- years of age or older
- Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and have been on the same diabetes treatment for at least three months
- Non-pregnant
- Those who agreed to participate in the research
- Those without any physical exercise disability
You may not qualify if:
- Illiterate
- Persons with severe mental disorders
- Those who do not wish to answer the survey questions
- Those who do not agree to participate in the research
