Study Arms (1)
Adolescent Basketball Players
Adolescent male basketball players registered in a local basketball academy will form the universe of the research.
Interventions
The aerobic capacities of the participants will be evaluated with the Multi-Stage 20 m Shuttle Run Test, their agility levels with the Pro Agility Test, their core muscle endurance with the McGill Trunk Extensor and Flexor Endurance test and their peripheral muscle strength with the MicroFET® 2" handheld dynamometer.
Eligibility Criteria
Adolescent Male Basketball Players
You may qualify if:
- Be between the ages of 10-19
- Male gender
- Interested in basketball sport for at least one year
You may not qualify if:
- Refusing to participate in the study
- Having any disability (orthopedic, cardiovascular, etc.) that would prevent participation in the study
