You may not qualify if:
- Uncontrollable systemic disease (cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, hematological),
- Major psychiatric disease,
- Endocrine disease,
- Pregnancy
- Menopausal status,
- Antihypertensive, antidepressant, anxiolytic, antiepileptic drugs use
