Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- More than 5 years of rugby training experience.
- Active rugby player
You may not qualify if:
- Concurrently participating in other studies.
- Contraindications to beetroot juice ingestion.
- Physical limitations, health problems, or musculoskeletal injuries.
