Outcome Measures

Primary Outcomes (1)

  • Comparison of the diagnostic performance of the two triage systems.

    Diagnostic performance of ECG and combination of ECG and cardiovascular risk factor to triage chest pain patient at ED will be compared by calculating the Area Under the ROC Curves of the two triage systems.

Study Population

All consecutive patients above 18 years of age, presenting at ED with acute non-traumatic chest pain as main complaint will be systematically included in the study.

You may qualify if:

  • non traumatic chest pain at ED

You may not qualify if:

  • under 18y
