The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale
Anxiety subscale range from 0 to 21. Depression subscale range from 0 to 21. Higher values represent a worse outcome (higher depression or anxiety).

- Family of a patient for hospital admission for surgery

- Cognitive impairment
