Eligibility Criteria
The study population consists of patients over 50 years (\> 50 years) hospitalized at the CHU de Nîmes all services (rheumatology , orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine versatile , physical medicine and rehabilitation, etc.) taken into charge between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2014 for a wrist fracture , femoral neck or spine osteoporotic fracture. Patients supported for a fracture may be osteoporotic, will be identified using the PMSI (Programme de Médicalisation des Systèmes d'Information) data.
You may qualify if:
- patients over 50 years (\> 50 years) with severe osteoporotic fractures (hip, vertebral, rib, Humeral, pelvic fractures) hospitalized in the Nîmes University Hospital
You may not qualify if:
- patient under 50 years
- Non osteoporotic fractures
