Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
Muscle activity of the quadriceps muscles during drop-jump, running and climbing stairs.
RMS-values of quadriceps muscles during, drop-jump, running with 10, 12 and 15km/h and stair climbing: pre-activation-phase: 50ms before ground-contact post-activation-phase: from 0 to 30ms and 30 to 150 ms after ground-contact
up to one week
Secondary Outcomes (4)
Muscle activity of the hamstrings muscles during drop-jump, running and climbing stairs
up to one week
Muscle activity of the soleus muscles during drop-jump, running and climbing stairs
up to me week
