Eligibility Criteria

Age18 Years+
Sexall
Healthy VolunteersYes
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • MGH Internal Medical Associates patients
  • are age of 18 or older,
  • have at least two medications on their medication list that match our pre-selected medications,
  • have at least three medical conditions on their problem list that match our pre-selected medical conditions,
  • have at least three medications documented on their medication list, and
  • list English as their primary language.
