Healthy VolunteersNo
Age GroupsAdult (18-64), Older Adult (65+)

You may qualify if:

  • Newly detected type 2 diabetes
  • Fasting plasma glucose \>126mg/dl
  • HbA1c \> 7%

You may not qualify if:

  • Serious comorbid illnesss
  • History of drug abuse
  • History of recent weight loss
