Brief Summary
The study aims to find out if rebound therapy is an effective way to improve children's overall physical fitness in schools. Many children spend long hours sitting in classrooms, which can negatively affect their health and learning. The study will compare two groups of students: one group will take part in rebound therapy along with regular physical education, while the other group will continue with regular physical education only. The intervention will last 12 weeks, with three 45-minute sessions each week. Students' fitness will be tested before and after the program using the EUROFIT fitness tests, which measure balance, flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance.
