Brief Summary
The development of an Arabic questionnaire to assess acceptance of VR in upper limb rehabilitation would include adapting Technology Acceptance Model TAM, followed by panel review for content validity. Subsequently, a pilot testing with a sample of patients that would be followed by face validity testing then administering the revised instrument to a larger sample for comprehensive psychometric evaluation. Reliability would be established through internal consistency and test-retest parameters, while validity includes construct validation via factor analysis and criterion comparisons with related scales

Outcome Measures
Primary Outcomes (1)
Content validity index CVI (item level-level and scale-level)
Content validity index of each question of the initial draft would be calculated after giving the initial draft to a group of virtual reality experts to assess which of the questions would stay as is and which would be modified or deleted
During the first 2 months of the study or phase 1 which entails collecting opinions and assessments from VR rehab experts on the clarity and relevance of the questionnaire questions
Secondary Outcomes (1)
Internal consistency
During phase 2 which is 3rd and 4th month of the study, when the developed questionnaire would be piloted on a small group of participants 20-30
Interventions
Subjects would spend 15 mins to get acquainted to the lab and receive an orientation about the game and the hardware used then they would use BeatSaberTM available in the Meta store. In this game, the player holds a saber in each hand and cuts through blocks that appear from different locations. The system consists of a standalone VR headset meta quest. The headset is equipped with two handheld controllers, and a laptop, in addition to an LED display (108cm/43) to guide the activities during the session. After the VR session, the previously developed acceptance questionnaire would be given to the participants.
Eligibility Criteria
Adults receiving physical rehabilitation for upper limb pathology using virtual reality
You may qualify if:
- Subjects age would range from 20 to 50 years old
- Receiving VR rehabilitation for upper limb mobility (shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder or stroke).
You may not qualify if:
- Poor vision or hearing that can't be corrected by glasses or a hearing aid
- inability to provide informed consent and previous HMD-VR exposure
