Primary Outcomes (1)
Clinical Characteristics, Etiology, Short-Term Outcomes, and Performance of Contemporary Risk Stratification Scores in Acute Heart Failure Patients Presenting to Assiut University Heart Hospital.
To externally validate the HEARTRISK6 score and evaluate its predictive performance for short-term adverse outcomes in patients with acute heart failure. History of moderate/severe valvular heart disease\_Yes. 1 Heart rate \>100 to ≤120 bpm. 2 \>120 bpm. 3 Non-invasive ventilation (NIV)BiPAP/NIV within first hour 2 Creatinine \>150 to ≤300 µmol/L 2 \>300 µmol/L. 3 Troponin \>3-5 × upper reference limit (URL) 1 \>5 × URL. 2 Failed reassessment / 3-minute walk test ifFailed1 comp0 High score means worse
Follow up patients for 30 days
Interventions
Echo for clinical assessment
Twelve leads ECG to detect any ischemic changes
To detect renal function test
Ischemic changes
