Brief Summary
This study aims to uncover the characteristics of the fungal flora in non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate the relationship between pulmonary fungi and the various pathological subtypes, stages, clinical features of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as patient prognosis. It seeks to provide new perspectives for a comprehensive understanding of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as new approaches for its early diagnosis and prognosis assessment.

Eligibility Criteria
The research object is the patients who are newly diagnosed as "non-small cell lung cancer" and intend to undergo surgical resection
You may qualify if:
- Non-small cell lung cancer was diagnosed by biopsy before operation, frozen pathology during operation or paraffin section after operation; The patients were 30 to 80 years old; No chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy were given before operation;
