Brief Summary

The Legacy Health Endowment (LHE) is initiating a childcare subsidy pilot program in the Turlock area that will include a 50% subsidy for the full-time care of one child. This study will examine the effects of that subsidy.

Model Details: Participants will receive the subsidy for one year out of two. Those receiving the subsidy at the start of the study will be followed for one year after they stop receiving the subsidy. Those on the waitlist at the start of the study will be followed as they receive the subsidy in the second year.
