Study Arms (1)
Reconstruction of post burn first web space obliteration in hand
EXPERIMENTALPatients with post-burn or post-traumatic first web space obliteration undergoing surgical reconstruction. Functional outcomes (thumb-index angle, Kapandji score, and grip strength), sensory recovery, and aesthetic outcomes will be evaluated over a 6-month follow-up period.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Patients with post-burn or posttraumatic first web space contracture.Functional limitation of thumb abduction Patients medically fit for surgical intervention.
You may not qualify if:
- Active infection in the affected hand. Uncontrolled diabetes or peripheral vascular disease Previous failed reconstruction of the same web spacel Patients unable to comply with postoperative follow-up.
