ACTIVE COMPARATORParticipants receive mime therapy focusing on facial muscle exercises, expressions, and symmetry training.
Interventions

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if:
- Diagnosed unilateral Bell's palsy Duration within specified study period Both genders Willing to participate
You may not qualify if:
- Bilateral facial paralysis Neurological disorders affecting facial function Previous facial surgery Severe comorbid conditions
