physical complications are common in Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy, so outcomes of program of inspiratory msucle trianing must be investigated

Primary Outcomes (1)

• forced vital capacity

  it si a pulmaonry fucntion test

  it will be measured after 12 weeks

Secondary Outcomes (9)

• forced expiratory volume

  It will be measured after 12 weeks

• ratio of force vital capcity to first-second-expiratory forced expiration volume

  It will be measured after 12 weeks

• fatigue severity scale

  It will be measured after 12 weeks

• child health questainanire parent form assessment of phsyical summary

  it will be measured after 12 weeks

• child health questainanire parent form assessment of mental summary

  It will be measured after 12 weeks

Study Arms (2)

group number 1

EXPERIMENTAL

twenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will be will recive program of inspiratory msucle trianing for 12 weeks (one session daily, except the last two days of the week)

Other: inspiratory muscle trianing

group number 2

NO INTERVENTION

twenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will act as wailisting group for 12 weeks

twenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will be will recive program of inspiratory msucle trianing for 12 weeks (one session daily, except the last two days of the week)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 13 Years - 17 Years
• Gender Eligibility Details: self-representation of gender identity.
• Healthy Volunteers: No
• Age Groups: Child (0-17)

You may qualify if:

• adlescent patients
• complain Behcet disease
• after pulmonary endoarterectomy

You may not qualify if:

• chronci cardiac diseases
• psychic disease
• mental disease
